Oahu Real Estate Market Update: January 7, 2012 - In December 2012, the median sales price paid for single family homes on Oahu was $600,000 which is down 0.8% compared to December 2011 and $335,000 for condominiums which is up 17.5% compared to December 2011. During December 2012, sales of 291 single-family homes and 401 condominiums were reported through the Honolulu Board's MLS, an increases of 8.6% for single-family homes and 20.4% for condominiums, respectively, compared to the same month last year.
