Payment Options:
Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal (All major credit cards). Full payment is due
30 days prior
to arrival.
Check In: 3 p.m. Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 7 nights minimum
Hawaii State Tax (TAT & GET) 11.916%
Parking: $18/day self park
Deposits: upon booking, refundable security deposit of $600 is
required. If staying 30 days or more the deposit for the amount of one
month's rent is required. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure
subject to inspection. In case of damage, a written description of the
reason for retention will be furnished.
Other Fees: $65 cleaning fee which covers the cleaning after you
check out.
Other Policies: Maid service is not provided
during your stay. Until confirmed, rates are subject to
change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations 30 days
or more prior to your arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date there is
no refund.
No Shows/Early Departures: Subject to full forfeiture.
