Oahu Real Estate Market Update: May 10, 2013 - In April 2013, the median sales price paid for single family homes on Oahu was $625,000 which is up 4.2% compared to April 2012 and $335,000 for condominiums which is up 5% compared to April 2012. During April 2012, sales of 280 single-family homes and 457 condominiums were reported through the Honolulu Board's MLS, an increase of 29% for single-family homes and an increase of 33.2% for condominiums, respectively, compared to the same month last year.
